A 68 Year old Unknown man drowned in Mackenzie Drive

A 68-year-old unknown man drowned in Lake Michigan while swimming.

The Sheriff’s Office received the call at around 6:59 pm about a man who went swimming near his home on Mackenzie Drive was missing.

The deputies searched the area, but the neighbor found the man face down in the water.

He brought the man to the shore and performed CPR.

All the life-saving efforts were in vain, and the man was pronounced dead.

His identity is not released by the police, also it is concluded that no foul play was involved in his drowning.
