A 47-year-old man was on his boat with his girlfriend when they noticed that their Jet Ski was drifting away from the boat. The man in order to tie the Jet Ski went inside the water but he was pulled under. A nearby boater tried to help him and pulled him over the water and performed CPR but could be able to revive him back.
