A man was drowned at Duluth docks

A man went inside the water after he was chased up by the police due to trespassing on CN property. According to the police, the man was exhibiting off behavior. After seeing the police, he went inside the water and didn’t resurface. The Duluth firefighters were able to bring him out of the water and despite the best efforts, they were unable to save him. He was later pronounced dead at the hospital and the incident remains underinvestigation.
