A Truck driver drowned in Lake Ontario

The Halton Police has announced that a 43-year-old Truck driver has lost his life after his truck was plunged into Lake Ontario at the foot of Burloak Drive. The man was traveling on Burloak drive when his truck plowed through a guardrail and plunged into Lake Ontario. The vehicle was covered by 3 meters waves and was 45 meters away from the shore. The firefighters were able to pull the man’s body out of the water but he was pronounced dead at Joseph Brant Hospital
