Alvin Martin at Nickel Plate Beach

Alvin Martin was 18 years when he was drowned in Lake Erie while trying to save a mother and two kids near Nickel Plate Beach. According to the reports, Alvin was with a group of people on a raft trying to save the drowning mother and two kids. In their rescue efforts, Alvin went inside the water and didn’t resurface. His body was found on the next day by a fisherman and notified the authorities.
