An Unknown Man died while swimming in Lake Superior

The police are investigating the death of a man who died while swimming in Lake Superior. The first responder call 911 on Monday evening when a man who is swimming had not returned to the shore.

Thunder Bay Fire Rescue sent the boat to the area where the man was last seen. They were able to locate him quickly and start giving him life-saving efforts. But he was pronounced dead at the scene.

The identity of the person is not found.
