An unknown teen died in Lake Michigan

A teen just 18 years old was drowned in Lake Michigan near West Grand Traverse Bay in Elmwood Township. His canoe was overturned and as a result, he lost his life. According to the police, they responded to a call that possible drowning has happened at 12068 South West Bay Shore Drive. Two teens aged 17 and 18 were on the canoe when their canoe was overturned. The 17-year-old made it to the shore but the 18-year-old went inside the water and never seen again. The police marine unit found the body.
