Andrew Mooney, a 21-year-old man drowned himself on Friday after going for an early morning swim. According to the reports, at about 4:30 am, Andrew went out swimming with his 5 friends. Due to strong Winds and undertow, he was pulled under the water and away from the shore. According to his friends, they lost sight of him for a short time when they all went into deep water but somehow made it to the beach. But Andrew was drowned. Before the arrival of the crew members, his friends were performing CPR but his pulse was gone. He was later transmitted to Welland County General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
