(Anthony) Howard Jocko at Spring Bay

(Anthony) Howard Jocko was 68 years old when he was drowned in Lake Huron near Spring Bay, Ont. on Saturday. He was drowned after his canoe was capsized.

There are two people on the boat when the incident happens. The other person was found by the police. He was awake but suffering from hypothermia so he was transported to the hospital.

The police started the massive search to find Howard whose body was found hours later by the police.

The incident was under investigation that how the canoe capsized.
