Armando Carrasquillo

Armando Carrasquillo was 41 years old when he pronounced dead on May 26 at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. He fell  into DuSable Harbor in Lake Michigan. He fell on May 16 around 6:15 pm in the 200 block of North Lakefront Drive, immediately transported to hospital in a very critical condition, and later pronounced dead.
