Austin Henning & Maximillion Williams at Black Beach in Silver Bay

Austin Henning & Maximillion Williams both were 18 years old when they lost their lives in Lake Superior while swimming.

According to the report, both males went swimming near Black Beach in Silver Bay and both seemed to be in trouble before going underwater.

A 911 call was made at around 1:25 p.m. when the swimmers did not resurface.

The temperature was 23 degrees and the waves were 3-4 feet high at the time of the incident.

The bodies of both swimmers were located around 6:12 and 7:39 p.m. and they were pronounced dead at the scene.
