Bobby J. Wilson at Hammond Marina

The officials believe that Bobby might have suffered a heart attack which results in his drowning. Wilson was on his personal watercraft when the 2 to 3-foot waves encounter him subsequently overturned his watercraft and he fell into the water. He was rescued by the nearby boater but he lost consciousness. He was pronounced dead at the hospital.
