Brandi Mannino & Eike Krebs at Tiscornia Beach

Eike Krebs was only 23 years old when he was drowned in Lake Michigan while trying to save the life of his girlfriend Brandi. Both Brandi and Eike were drowned and Brandi body was recovered on November 20 while Eike’s body was recovered in December. According to authorities, Brandi went to dinner with Eike on Thursday evening and reported missing on Friday morning. Police said that Eike shoes were found on the railing of the North Pier indicating that he had taken them off before jumping into the lake. It is also assumed by police that might be Brandi fell into the lake and in trying to save her Eike jumped after her and both of them drowned.
