Brandon Chambers at South Haven

Brandon Chambers was only 18 years old when he was drowned in Lake Michigan near South Beach in South Haven. Chambers was swimming with friends on September 6 when he and his friend become distressed inside the water. When the first responder arrived, Brandon was clinging to a buoy with a friend. His friend was saved but Chambers was gone inside the water. His body was found after 6 days of search on September 12.
