Investigators have identified the body of a man who was drowned in Lake Michigan at Indiana Dunes State Park. He was identified as Brandon Howard, 32 years old and he was drowned while swimming. He was swimming in the designated swimming area of Lake Michigan when a lifeguard saw him struggling in the water. He quickly went to him but at the time he approached him, Brandon was already drowned.
