Brandon Stegall at Lions Park

Brandon Stegall was just 23 years old when he was drowned in Lake Erie near Lions Park. He was out with his friend when the incident happens. Police were called to the scene at around 6:10 pm when Brandon’s friend called and told them that his friend was drowned despite the efforts he made to save him.

Lippus (Brandon friend) told police that he and Brandon took out his father zodiac boat into the water near Horseshoe Drive and Cement Avenue. First Lippus went to swim so Brandon handle the boat. When he came back Brandon jumped into the water but soon he become in distress.

Lippus went into the water to save him but Brandon tried to pull him inside the water so he came back to the boat and come to the shore and called the police for help. The police after taking a close look at his boat rules out any foul play.
