Carlton Hughes

Carlton Hughes was 41 years old when he was drowned in Lake Michigan near Monroe Harbor. Emergency crews were called to the scene around 4:25 pm when a person is reported inside the water. He was taken out of the water and transported to  Northwestern Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
