Casimir Rincon Sr at Isherwood Beach

Casimir Rincon Sr was drowned in Lake Michigan near Isherwood Beach. He was 60 years old and a former Marine and Police officer. The Zion Fire-Rescue Department called to the scene at about 5:59 pm that a possible drowning has happened on the lake. Rincon was rescued by bystanders and pulled to the shore unconscious. The paramedics arrive at the scene gave him CPR and transported him to Vista Medical Center East where he was pronounced dead.
