Rodney Bundschuh was 59 years old when he died on Lake Ontario, near Sodus Bay, due to a boating accident.
According to the investigation, Rodney and his 57-year-old girlfriend, Judi A. Bonk-Guy, were ejected from their boat after a collision on Sunday night around 7:30 pm.
She was rushed to Strong Memorial Hospital, where she remains in guarded condition.
Rescue guards locate Rodney nearly after 24 hours of search on Monday night around 8 pm.
The accident is under investigation.
Melanie Ramos-Lopez was 31 years old when she lost her life in a jet ski accident that happened near Irondequoit Bay Inlet.
At around 7:15 pm, Monroe County Sheriff’s Marine Unit and other fire departments received the call about the capsized Jet Ski with two riders.
First responders locate the jet ski quickly and find the man riding it.
He was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
The Coast Guards found Melanie after nearly an hour’s search.
She was also taken to Strong Memorial Hospital in a very critical condition.
Melanie was pronounced dead later on in the hospital.
The rescue units were called to the scene after a man witnessed an unoccupied Seadoo with keys in the ignition.
The man immediately called the rescue units about a possible drowning.
The search began for the missing man around 10 a.m., and at about 1 p.m., his body was found.
According to the investigation, no foul play was involved, and the man might have fallen accidentally into the water.
Further investigations are going on.
The police are investigating after a body was found in Lake Ontario near Billy Bishop Airport.
The police were called to the scene at about 1 pm after a body was spotted in the water.
They took the body out of the water and started their investigation, but they believed that the death of the person was not suspicious.
The police have not released any more information.
Mohammad Khasim, a teenage boy just 14 years old when he drowned in Lake Ontario near Ashbridges Bay Park.
Khasim went with his best friend Ammar Halai to Woodbine Beach on Sunday and went swimming in the water.
After some time both Mohammad and Ammar started to feel trouble, Ammar was a level 6 swimmer so he made it safely to the shore.
But Mohammad went underwater.
A passerby man heard a cry for help and went into the water to rescue Mohammad but despite his best efforts, he was unsuccessful.
The rescue crews were called to the scene at about 6 pm and conducted a vast search to locate Khasim.
His body was found around 9 am the next day, not far from the area he was last seen.
He was always loved and missed by his dear ones.
