Catherine “Caty” Winfield a 12-year-old girl was drowned in Lake Erie near Crescent Beach in Fort Erie on Friday. The emergency responders responded to a call of a young girl when she saw the body floating in the water. The emergency responders bring the girl to the shore and transferred her to Buffalo hospital where she lost her life.
