Cecelia Davidson at Edgewater Park

Cecelia Davidson was 24 years old when her body was recovered from Lake Erie near Edgewater Park. The coast guards say that they received the call around 6:30 pm Friday from Cleveland emergency medical personnel that two persons were seen swimming near Edgewater Park. One of the people made it back to the shore while the other just went under the water and did not resurface. The Coast guards rescue boat and helicopter started to search for the victim whose body was recovered an hour later. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Her death remains under investigation.
