Christian Ngabo a teenage boy of 17 years old, was swimming with his elder brother when they began to struggle in the water. The witnesses reported that the elder brother made it to the shore and thrown a life ring. Ngabo was last seen to be struggling in the water before 5 p.m. Saturday, June 6. His body was later recovered around 9 a.m. Monday, June 8.
