Christopher Franklin at Eichelman Park

Christopher Franklin was 32 years old when he was drowned in Lake Michigan at Eichelman Park on Friday. He was with his family in the park when he was drowned. The witnesses told the police that Christopher was swimming in the water and does not appear to be in distress before he was disappeared in the water.

Police was called to the scene at about 6:30 pm and the member of fire department found Christopher about 25 feet of shore in 6 feet of water. He was taken to hospital but the efforts to revive him was not successful.
