Clifford Cieslewicz was 54 years old when he drowned in Lake Michigan while surfing.

A passerby witnesses a man still attached to his surfboard but unresponsive in the water.

He tried to pull the man away and call 911 for help.

The man tried to give Clifford CPR, but all the life-saving measures were unsuccessful, and he was pronounced dead later on.

The cause of his drowning is unknown, but it is believed to be an accidental drowning.
