David Harder & Lisa Harder at Port Burwell

David (7) and his sister Lisa (10) were drowned in the waters off Port Burwell beach on Friday. They were pulled from the water around 4 pm without any vital signs. The children were swimming with 8 other family members ranging 7-19 in age. It was when three of them, David Lisa and another 9-year-old sibling ran into trouble. The oldest Harder sibling was able to rescue the 9-year-old sibling but lost sight of David and Lisa. The children were immediately transported to London’s Victoria Hospital where they were pronounced dead.
