David Josue Mendez-Ramirez at Seacliff Drive West

David Josue was just 24 years old when he lost his life in Lake Erie while swimming.  According to the reports, David was swimming with friends when he submerged inside the water at about 2:25 pm and didn’t resurface. Bystanders who were on the beach at that time pulled David out of the water and try to resuscitate him. Paramedics arrived at the scene and start performing Life-saving measures while they transport him to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
