David Ramphalie

David Ramphalie was 38 years old when he was drowned in Lake Ontario at Woodbine Beach. He was last seen on Friday in the area of  Don Mills Road and Eglinton Avenue East at around 7 a.m. According to the police he went out on his boat at the time of his disappearance.
