David Tuttle at Stony Point

David Tuttle was 45 years old when he was drowned in Lake Ontario after his boat was capsized. David was missing since his 25-foot longboat was capsized at around 8:50 am on April 21st. The police found his body after a week in about 40 feet of water. Another man on the boat was Buck Stockman and he clung to the side of the capsized boat. He was later saved by the Henderson Fire Department while David was drifted away by strong waves and could not be seen.
