Delilah Hope Perez at Lake Michigan

Delilah was 13 years old when she caught in Lake Michigan rip current on Wednesday. According to authorities, Perez was swimming in the lake and began a struggle in rough waters. Delilah who had an asthma problem, swimming with her friends and family when she caught in Rip current. Her family and friends tried to save her but they are also having a problem with current. Boaters in the area also try to help but the rip current began to push her out and eventually swept her toward Pentwater’s South Pier. She was later pronounced dead.
