Dennis Bowman at Owen Sound, Ont.

Dennis Bowman was 39 years old when he was drowned in Lake Huron near Owen Sound, Ont. The accident happens late afternoon at Shore road beach. Witnesses reported that Dennis was on his Paddleboard when he fell from it and was in distress. Some people tried to help him and get inside the water but they lost sight of him. He was pulled out of the water without any vital signs and pronounced dead later on.
