Dennis D Kamento at Whitefish Point Rd

Dennis D Kamento was 73 years old when he was drowned in Lake Superior near the beach off of Whitefish Point Rd at Laughing White Fish Point. He was swimming when he was pulled underwater by a tow. The US Coast guards were able to locate his body about 50 yards off the shore then lifted him to UP Health Systems in Marquette where he was pronounced dead.
