Dexter Trendell Sain at Whihala Beach

The sad incident happens on 27th July when Sain and his friend, Curtis both went boating and drowned themselves. It was on August 16, that some visitors in Whiting Park spotted a floating body and reported it to the officials. On identification, it was revealed that the body was of Sain who drowned three weeks ago. Still, the body of Curtis was not found.
