Draven Starr-Howell at Sodus Bay

Draven Starr-Howell was 20 years old when he was drowned in Lake Ontario at Sodus Bay. He was drowned while trying to save three girls including a teenage girl who was distress inside the water. Howell in seeing them struggling jumped from the pier to rescue them but was overcome by 2-foot waves. The three women were saved but Draven encounter injuries and he was transported to hospital in Rochester where he died later.
