Dylan Lathrop was 20 years years old when he was drowned in Lake Erie at Cattaraugus Creek Harbor. The incident happens at around 8 pm Tuesday night when 4 persons in their early 20’s were doing Kayaking when their kayaks were capsized. The other three persons were able to make it to the shore buy Dylan went underwater. His body was found after two days of searching on Thursday.
