Earl Helmuth at Lake Michigan

Earl Helmuth was just 24 years old when his body was found by Coast Guard divers on Sunday. He was one of the 6 members who were pulled inside Lake Michigan due to a huge wave. Around 6:30 pm Saturday, Earl his fiancee, and two other couples were standing on the break wall at Trail Creek when a huge wave about 10 feet high knocked them inside the water. The three of them were able to get themselves out of the water while a pregnant woman was saved by the US Coast guard crew who were at patrolling at that moment. But unfortunately, they could not save Earl who did not know how to swim.
