Eddisa Concepcion Herrera at North Avenue break wall

Eddisa Concepcion Herrera was 22 years old when she was drowned in Lake Michigan. She jumped into the lake from North Avenue Brealwall and soon after she disappeared. Despite the best efforts of Rescue workers, her body could not be found. It was April 1 that her body was washed ashore at Warren Dunes State Park. On investigation, it was clear that its the body of Eddisa who went missing on December 21st.
