Emmanuel Niyomugabo

Emmanuel Niyomugabo was 25 years old when his body was pulled from Lake Michigan at Grand Haven State Park. His body was found around 12:30 pm on July 5 from a designated swimming area. An autopsy was scheduled and the reason of his death was found that is drowning but the reasons why he was drowned was not found.
