Fred Elouga a boy just 12 years old drowned in Lake Michigan near Rogers Park.

Accordingly, the boy enters the lake from Rogers Park at the 1200 block of West Jarvis Avenue nearly at 6 PM when he disappears underneath the water.

He was taken out of the water and immediately transported to Lurie Children’s Hospital in critical condition.

Unfortunately, he was pronounced dead later on.
