Fred Forsythe Jr at Ripley, New York

Fred Forsythe was 70 years old when he lost his life while captaining the Charter boat, lost his balance and drowned in the waters of Lake Erie.

According to the investigation team, Forsythe was trying to bring a fish on the boat when he lost his balance and fell into the water.

The Charter Guests did not know how to operate the boat so they did not turn it before Fred went inside the water. His body was found after two weeks of search on July 22nd
