Harsha Maddula at Wilmette Harbor

Harsha Maddula a teen 18 years old drowned in Lake Michigan. According to reports, he was with a group of friends when they realized that Harsha was missing. The report said that they smoke marijuana, and consumed rum and vodka. Harsha’s body was found after 5 days floating in Wilmette Harbor fully clothed and still in possession of his phone and $130. Police say his zipper is down when his body was found so it thought that he had stopped urinating in the harbor and fell in. Police say they did not found any foul play in his drowning.
