Horacio Leon Jr at Monroe Harbor

Horacio Leon Jr was 55 years old when he was pulled from Lake Michigan in very critical condition. He was pulled from Lake Michigan at Monroe Harbor near Jackson Drive. According to the officials, CPD bike officers pulled the victim from the lake and performed CPR. He was taken to the hospital in a very critical condition and no further information was received till now.
