Jack Glaves was 58 years old when he was drowned in Lake Erie near Port Burwell. Jack set off on his vessel at about 2 pm from Port Burwell and failed to return home on that day.

An extensive search started after he went missing on that day. On Thursday morning, Jack white colored 21-foot vessel was found by a passerby on the other side of Lake Erie along a rocky stretch of shore in Madison Township, Ohio.

His body was located 11 Kilometers away south of Port Bruce shortly after 7 pm.
