James Brooks

James Brooks was 39 years old when his body was found floating in Lake Erie on Feb 18, 2023. According to the report, a person spotted a body in Euclid Beach Park and informed authorities.

Cleveland Metroparks police arrived at the park and bring the body to the shore.

The deceased man was further identified as James Brooks and his drowning was under investigation.
