James Earl Jefferson

James Earl Jefferson was 52 years old when he was drowned in Lake Michigan. He fell from his jet ski on Saturday night and was in water for about 15 minutes when rescue crew pulled him out near the 59th Street Harbor. He was transported to University of Chicago Medical Center where he lost his life.
