Jan Carlos Delosantos-Nunez was 17 years old when he was drowned in the waters of Lake Erie. The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office receives a drowning report at 12:19 pm. Rescue members located Carlos’s body in the water and bring him to the shore. He was transported to Westfield Hospital and later by Star Flight to Women & Children’s Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
