Jason R. Neumann at Lake Michigan

Jason R. Neumann was a veteran from Manitowoc when his body was recovered about 2 miles north of the village of Cleveland.

He was 43 years old at the time of his drowning.

Jason was last seen on Nov 18 and was reported missing on Nov 19 when the Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Office located his SUV.

His 2019 Toyota 4Runner SUV was found along the shoreline of Lake Michigan in shallow water near the village of Cleveland.

From that day on, the police were continuously trying to find Jason.

His body was recovered on November 23.

According to the police, no foul play was involved in his drowning.
