Jay Evens Farr at Grand Traverse Bay

Jay Evens Farr was 59 years old when he was assumed to be possibly drowned in Lake Michigan near Grand Traverse Bay. His body was not found till 4 years and no one knows what happened to him.

He worked as a caregiver at a senior assisted living facility. He disappeared on October 15 after he planned to retrieve a dinghy moored in Northport Bay. No body saw him paddling his Canoe but a day later his canoe was found across Grand Traverse Bay on the shores of Antrim County.

Authorities believe that the Strong wind and swirling current might cause the incident and he went underwater but nobody knows what exactly has happened.
