Jeffrey Biehlerm was 61 years old when drowned in Lake Erie at Hamburg Town Park. He was doing kite surfing on the lake when he started to have trouble. Police and lifeguards spotted him and tried to help but the strong wind pushed him further. His body was recovered later by coast guards and pronounced him dead.
