Jesse Neuser at Manitowoc’s car ferry dock

Jesse Neuser was 24 years old when his body was recovered from Manitowoc harbor on Sunday morning. He was pronounced dead at the scene. An autopsy was conducted and it finds out that there is no major trauma in his drowning. But alcohol might be a cause of his death. Jesse was not reported missing and he has not been in the water for more than 36 hours.
