John Doe at Bluffer’s Park

John Doe was 24 years old when he was drowned in Lake Ontario on Thursday afternoon while swimming. His friends called 911 when he went underwater and didn’t resurface. They told police that he was not a good swimmer. About an hour later police found his body along the shoreline as large waves crashed around them. He was immediately taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
